Pricing & Product Availability
95% of the stock sized products (all chimney caps that could be ordered
directly online are stock sized) will be shipped the same day with the advertised price,
but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations,
chimney cap
may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update
the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates. Some
items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they
can be shipped to you. If that is your case, please be patient, our
price is well worth it.
Important! Read this!
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Chimney Cap Design will not be
held responsible for your shipping charges for mistyped addresses or
cancellations after the product has already been shipped from our location.
We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.
UPS/FedEx does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Once you click the "Check Out" button, you enter an area protected by
our
secure server. Our secure server uses advanced encryption and firewall
technology to keep your personal information private. Our secure server
layer (SSL) completely encrypts the information you input into our order
form, so that it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
Once
we have processed your order, we remove your credit card number from our
system and destroy all record of it.
What's more, for added security we have an Address Verification System (AVS)
in place, which compares the shipping address inputted into our order
form,
against your billing address on file with the bank who issued your
credit
card. That is why it is extremely important to enter your address
accurately, and to follow the posted instructions if your shipping and
billing addresses happen to be different.

place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your
personal
information while it is in our control.
Please
be aware that all credit card numbers are encrypted and sent through
secure server for your protection. Credit card numbers are NEVER sent
through E-mail!
Allow 3-5 business days for UPS/FedEx Ground Service, excluding holidays &
weekends.
