Your satisfaction is our priority.
If
there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately
upon receipt of the product so that we can have the order picked up
and corrected.
In the event that you need to return a "stock" item, we
will return 100% of your money for the product that you purchased from
us. We are unable to refund any shipping
charges.
Custom chimney caps are NOT a returnable item, so please make sure you
plan your chimney cap well. Custom chimney caps are those which
require change of stock size or design to fit your chimney or desire. Call
or email us if you are unsure of what you need.
Please make sure that you include
a note in the box to reference the returned item so that we can
determine the disposition of that product (i.e. repairs, refund,
duplicate, return to stock, etc.)
Please do not return any caps until after you have contacted us. If
there is an error on our part, we may be able to issue a "call tag"
and save you shipping charges. In your message please include order
number, date of order and reason for return.

Chimney Cap Design will accept returns of stock hardware as long as the product
is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

lifetime warranty on its stainless steel and copper chimney caps, as
well as other parts supplied by us. |
